The Tsqúqw7e Landmark sculpture was unveiled on Saturday May 13th 2023 in Tsqúqw7e (Chase Memorial Park), in honour of the late Mike (Michel) “Savage” Alexander Peters. Tsqúqw7e, pronounced ch-kokw-a, is the place name for the Chase Memorial Park area, meaning “a small bay” in Secwepemctsín (Secwépemc language).
